Main Switchboards and Motor Control Centres

Trivantage Manufacturing’s SEGURA brand is an in-house designed, full range of electrical switchboards that are compliant with the Australian standards AS/NZS 61439.1:2016.  

The SEGURA range is 100% Australian designed and manufactured and comprise of Design  Verified (to AS/NZS 61439.1:2016) main switchboards and motor control centres through to a distribution board system and meter panels. As an OEM we partner with leading technology providers  and can offer the right brand of switchgear to best suit the overall electrical design. The SEGURA range is manufactured locally in our Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane workshops and can be customised with a range of options and sizes.

Distribution boards

Every aspect of the design of SEGURA distribution boards has been aimed at maximising layout, reducing installation costs and minimising the impact and cost of changes for our customers. Our innovative SEGURA distribution boards come in various shapes and sizes to suit customer requirements and project specifications allowing our boards to be used in many types of settings – industrial plants, high-rise complexes, hospitals and commercial buildings.

Meter panels

Our innovative SEGURA meter panels have been designed by experienced electrical technicians to meet the highest Australian standards. Our meter panels have all the standard features you would expect but also have options that provide the flexibility and space you need to work comfortably and efficiently. We also ensure that our meter panels are compliant with each State/Territory SIRs (Service and Installation Rules) as each state has different SIRs.

At Trivantage Manufacturing we understand that end users often procure their switchboards through a chain of builders and contractors, losing the ability to control the design and quality of their switchboards. We work with end users to design pre-approved switchboards that can be specified in procurement contracts to ensure the end user receives the quality products that it requires.
